I wish Vishal spent more time talking about how to accomplish his goals. Via.ai and my company (AI Redefined) share much of the same marketing message. We pioneered RLHF about five years ago and offer an open source platform that's been downloaded 40K times.I've never really figured out what Vian/.ai actually does (beyond our shared marketing spin/story)
Sikka's public comments that I saw had a very...in the clouds feel to them. Somewhat more aspirational than detailed.
Vianai itself seems to be some sort of a product-parent company to several products: the hila LLM bot, a product for AI ops called VIANOPS (https://vianops.ai/), and Dealtale, which does some sort of marketing/revenue analytics summarization (https://dealtale.com/).
